What kind of packaging material do you use?

At every step, we are mindful of our choices. Thus, we use sustainable packaging materials. We pack our products in kraft mailer boxes or compostable mailers made out of cornstarch. To pack the product, we use kraft paper sheets or tissue sheets that are acid-free, FSC certified, recyclable, biodegradable, and made from renewable and sustainable resources. These sheets are printed with soy ink, and the sealing stickers and tags we use are printed with water-based ink.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. 

What is Refund/ Return Policy?

You can return the product within 10 days of receiving the product. The refund will be generated in the account from which the purchase was made. The refund might take 7-10 business days. 

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Since the product is made-to-order, it usually takes 10-12 business days to deliver an order at maximum. Although it may vary and reach early depending on the location.

What kind of manufacturing process does Estiana follow?

Our manufacturing process requires a lot of surveying, researching, and brainstorming of ideas. We then translate ideas into designs and look into the fabrics that are best suited for these designs. This is followed by sourcing and buying swatches of the materials we like. The creative process of doodling, designing, and sketching follows, and we make prototype of the design on the sample fabric. Then, we sample our products in photoshoots.
